It's a question I'm often asked: "What makes Connect Admin Solutions different from other Virtual Assistants?"


The answer is actually quite simple. I understand the realities of working in and alongside childcare services because I've spent years doing exactly that.


While many Virtual Assistants offer excellent support within their own areas of expertise, not all understand the unique challenges that come with operating an Early Learning Centre. My career spans more than 25 years in administration management, including senior Executive Assistant and General Management roles across both Australian and global organisations.


Alongside this, I've spent more than 13 years working within the childcare sector, beginning in leadership roles within Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) organisations both established, and start-ups.


In addition, for nearly 3 years, I've combined these experiences through Connect Admin Solutions, supporting Early Learning Centres and service-based businesses with the administration and operational support they need to thrive.


This combination of corporate administration expertise and hands-on childcare industry experience allows me to provide support that is both strategic and practical.
