Meet Carmel, Founder of CONNECT Admin Solutions.  

 

With 13 years supporting childcare operations, Carmel understands how overwhelming administration, compliance and staffing can be, and how the right support can make your day flow better.

 

Carmel brings over 25 years’ experience in administration management, including senior Executive Assistant roles and General Management positions across Australian and global organisations. For just over 13 years, her work has been closely aligned with childcare and early learning support functions, giving her a deep understanding of the operational, compliance and recruitment demands faced by childcare centres.

 

Throughout her career, Carmel has supported businesses across a range of industries including Childcare, Insurance, IT and start-ups, with a reputation for providing high-level, dependable administrative support in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments. Her extensive experience allows her to seamlessly integrate into centre operations, offering practical, hands-on support that genuinely reduces workload and pressure for leaders.
