Hi, I'm Carmel
Founder & the person behind the scenes.
With over 30 years of experience in administration management, including senior Executive Assistant and General Management roles across Australian and global organisations, I bring a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and practical support to every centre and business I work with.
For more than 13 years, I've supported childcare operations and early education teams, and for 3 years I've been running CONNECT Admin Solutions supporting childcare centres and service based businesses behind the scenes. .
